1. Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Celonis Senior Expert to provide advanced technical expertise in Process Mining, data modeling, and system integration.
The role requires strong hands-on development capabilities combined with coordination, communication, and project management skills to ensure successful delivery of Celonis initiatives across business units.

2. Key Responsibilities
· Build and customize data models, applications, dashboards, and automations on the Celonis platform to deliver data-driven insights and process optimizations
· Integrate Celonis applications with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP) ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability
· Provide ongoing support for Celonis applications and data pipelines, ensuring high availability and resolving incidents promptly
· Implement OCPM data models and migrate existing CCPM models to OCPM
· Develop process improvement solutions using Automation Builder and AI capabilities
· Develop and implement data quality and governance processes to ensure accuracy and integrity
· Coordinate and align business requirements with technical implementation teams
Additional Responsibilities (Enhanced Scope)
· Act as technical lead in Celonis-related projects
· Drive requirement workshops with business stakeholders
· Ensure structured documentation of technical designs and business processes
· Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Data, Business Process Owners)
· Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies in Celonis initiatives
· Communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders
· Support knowledge transfer and mentor junior team members

3. Required Qualifications
Work Experience
· Minimum 7+ years of professional experience
· Proven hands-on experience with Celonis implementations

4. Technical Expertise
· Strong expertise in Process Mining using Celonis
· Deep knowledge of Data Modeling and PQL
· Experience with OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining)
· SAP HANA, SQL, Python
· Basic understanding of GenAI capabilities (nice to have)
