We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windows 365 Admin with 6+ years of expertise to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing desktop environments, Cloud PC, and virtual desktop solutions, including Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI). Proficiency in handling ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow, and expertise in license management are essential for this role.
The responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Windows 365 environments to ensure high performance and security. The candidate will manage Cloud PC setups and virtual desktop environments while resolving technical issues efficiently through ticketing systems. Additionally, the role requires managing device policies and configurations using Intune, ensuring seamless user experiences across desktop systems.
The position offers flexibility with shift timings from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM IST and 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST, making it suitable for professionals who can adapt to varied schedules.
