Program Manager – Transformation Lead:
Strategy to Execution planning (10%):
Participate in developing finance transformation charter and create a detailed implementation plan.
Project Management (15%):
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that change initiatives are integrated into overall project plans.
Process Improvement (20%):
Collaborate with finance team and other associated stakeholders to understand the current scenario, map the process, identify opportunities for improvement and propose/ consolidate enhancements.
Change Management (25%):
Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to support organizational initiatives.
Analyze the impact of proposed changes on different areas of the company, including people, processes, and technology.
Data Analytics (20%):
Work with process documents containing data files; work on them to make meaningful areas for integration and changes to improve insights
Technology Integration (10%):
Evaluate and implement technologies and systems, such as ERP solutions, automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
